Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipped order confirmation email where you will be able to track your package. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our comfort officers here!

Some items are shipped from separate warehouses. Just keep an eye out for the items as they should arrive the next day or two.

SUPESU ships to all contiguous states within the United States (all states except for Hawaii and Alaska).
Shipping within the US:
* FREE * for purchases over $50 USD
$5 USD for Standard (5-7 days)
$7 USD for Two Day Shipping
$14 USD for One Day Shipping
We may occasionally run out of stock in our US fulfillment centers. These orders will be shipped directly from our Shanghai Studio:
$5 USD Global Flat Fee Standard (12-14 days)
Standard Delivery takes 5-7 days. Some items (noted in the product description) are shipped directly from our international warehouse, which may take up to two weeks.
If inspected by customs, the delivery may be delayed by 2-5 working days. Hawaii and Alaska shipping time may be extended (3-10 days, depending on logistics transfer within the United States). In our experience though, there is about a 1% chance of this occurring.
Due to 3-6 DAYS FAST SHIPPING's rapid logistics, if the parcel sent by it needs to be cancelled or returned, the customer will have to contact us within 12 hours (while other shipping methods require notification of interception within 24 hours after this fulfilled). Otherwise it cannot be returned/intercepted.
But don't worry, you can still contact customer service after receiving the items to apply for a return :)
We accept returns and exchanges filed within 2 weeks of delivery on eligible items! Please make sure to read this section carefully to ensure that your return is successfully processed.

To qualify for a return:
* Items must be submitted for a return request within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
* Items must be unworn and unwashed.
* Items must have all tags attached.
* Thank you card must be intact.
* All accessories including hair accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
* Items purchased at discounts of over 20% are not eligible for a return or exchange.
* To keep our prices affordable, SUPESU is unable to refund shipping costs or support customer's return shipping costs. Therefore, any shipping costs must be made at the customer's own expense.
* Customers will need to send us picture proof of their return package contents prior to sending to ensure smooth and efficient returns and change experience.
* Customers must provide a shipment tracking number to their return order and SUPESU must successfully receive the return before a refund can be processed.

Great news! We are now accepting returns for your first purchase using your welcome discount code. For any purchases with a 20% discount or lower, you can contact our customer care here for your return/exchange questions :)
For non-promotional months, for sale items purchased at discounts over 20%, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we'll refund you the full cost of your item. However we do not refund shipping fees or cover the shipping cost of your return.
But why can't you make returns 100% free?!
Aside from the one-off returns that we all make from time-to-time, it is often a small subset of customers that make up over 80% of all returns.
SUPESU offers one of the best price-to-quality ratios in the market. Our pieces are made to last and never fall apart after mild use—all for an affordable price.
So after giving the question considerable thought, we figured it was best to keep our prices low for all our customers rather than raising them to offer a service that most people rarely use.
That being said, we do offer free shipping on orders over $50. That means in on the off-chance you do need to make a return, you'll only need to cover the shipping fee of a carrier of your choosing to get your refund.
In addition, to lower any chance of you needing to make a return, we've developed industry-leading sizing charts to help you make the right sizing decision.

So you don't need to ship it back to us in two weeks. Just need to let us know that you'd like to make a return.

After your returns request is approved, a refund will be processed upon receiving your return.
Please note that a refund can only be sent to your original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact your bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent by us.
We try our best to get your refund to you as soon as possible, but it may take up to 10-20 business days to show up on your account depending on your method of payment.
You will be refunded for the amount you paid for the item you are returning minus any shipping charges incurred.
For example: For an Eden Dress purchased with your welcome 10% off discount.
Eden Dress Price: $46 USD
You used: Unique Welcome Code for 10% off
You paid: $41.60 USD
You will be refunded: $41.60 - Initial Shipping Fee = Final Refunded Amount
